Before a neighbouring loft project started, Vidda captured a clear aerial record of the roof, establishing the visible condition of the tiles and surrounding areas at a known point in time. A repeat survey after the work recreated that roof-level record and showed the state of the site once construction had finished.
Placing the two captures side by side made the replaced tiles and other small changes easy to identify against the original baseline. Because both neighbours could refer to dated imagery from before and after the work, the discussion was based on visible evidence rather than recollection. The documentation clarified what had changed and supported an amicable resolution.
