The buyer needed a clearer view of the roof before exchange. We filmed comprehensive video passes across the whole roof, covering every visible area so the footage could be paused, revisited and reviewed after the survey.
Alongside that complete overview, we captured high-quality photographs of the specific details investigated during the flight. The imagery recorded poor previous repairs, damaged tiles and debris collected in a gutter, helping the buyer understand likely work and discuss the property with better evidence.

The all-over video established the roof context and provided continuous coverage for post-survey review. Targeted high-resolution photographs then gave a clearer record of the tiles, repairs, flashings and drainage areas examined more closely.
We worked alongside the surveyors carrying out the full-house inspection and sent the roof imagery directly to them. The aerial evidence accompanied the surveyor’s report, giving the buyer specialist interpretation of the property together with clear visual coverage of roof areas that could not be properly assessed from the ground.
